Goals

The Housing4Z Project aims to:

  1. Stimulate innovative ideas in relation to Generation Z and with intergenerational scope considering the current lack of data in this field.

  2. Develop a new concept of intergenerational housing inequality.

  3. Draw up recommendations for the future of housing policy.

This research will help generate innovative ideas in housing studies, contributing to the advancement of housing policy in Southern European countries. Moreover, it aims to foster a more inclusive society, mitigate emerging inequalities, and promote more effective cooperation across generations.
